Werner Minder, of the Swiss Timber Bridges website has met a new bridge friend from Sweden via his web site, http://www.pwpeics.se/. This friend, Per Wåhlin, is collecting data for cable-stayed bridges in Europe (wood, metal) and Mr. Minder is asking for information and pictures for this kind of bridge all over the world. He asks us to send these data to his friend at per.wahlin@pwpeics.se. See Per Wåhlin's web page for those bridge types. The web page is in English. The bridge numbers: 525, 527, 554, 558, 560, 581, and 440 are from the Minder's web page and are examples of the bridge truss types needed. (Note : for sure the New Portland Bridge (ME) could be of some interest to Per Wåhlin - Gérald Arbour)
