The Hectorville Bridge spans a small gorge carved by the South Branch of the Trout River. With the lower chords rotted through, a jury-rigged kingpost keeps the old span from dropping into the ravine. At the present time the bridge has been dismantled and is being stored at a nearby lumber yard.
